Q: How do I schedule your turn services?
A: We've made it very handy for Properties to Schedule turns, Download our app from our Home page and start Scheduling Dandy's Services immediately.
Q: What's your Turnaround time?
A: That all depends on the service you are requesting, Painting usually takes a day as long as there are no color or sheen changes, These changes may take a little longer. Cleaning could take anywhere from just a couple of hours to 4 hours Punching a unit on average takes 2 to 8 hours and If you decide to hire us for all three services we usually finish in 3 to 4 days. Renovations can take up to 5 days depending on the availability of materials.
Q: Do you do HVAC work?
A: Not now, however, we are working to add HVAC to our list of services very soon.
