Electrical (Outlets and covers, Switches and covers, Lighting fixtures and bulbs, Ceiling fans and exterior lighting)
Plumbing (All faucets, sinks, Supply lines, Drains, Toilets, Tubs, garbage disposals, Stoppers, and Bathroom Fixtures. i.e. Towel bars, TP holders, Mirrors, and Shower rods.)
Carpentry Small holes and nail holes. (Drywall, Cabinet repair, Cabinet drawer repair, Door repairs, Closet shelving repairs) are separate charges and will be billed separately upon approval.
HVAC (we check and change the filter and make sure the HVAC system is cooling and heating as intended)

Appliances (we review all appliances and ensure they are in proper working order we repair what is needed. vacuum under the refrigerator, and put hot water through the Defrost drain to clean it out.
Suspect Growth (Mold/Mildew) We check all areas for SG and treat as needed at no extra charge.
Caulk all Counters, tubs, sinks, and Toilets if required
Hardware Door and Cabinet handles, hinges, Handrails and Brackets
