In Multi-Family Maintenance, technicians are often focused on addressing resident work order requests, unit turns, emergencies, and keeping the grounds clean. As a result, the buildings themselves can sometimes be missed, especially in older Multi-Family complexes. To address this issue, we offer a building deficiency inspection once a year. This inspection identifies all problem areas, including torn or missing screens and other issues. By performing this inspection, you can gain insight into the condition of each building, identify areas of water or pest intrusion, and spot potential mold growth areas.
